Peel and chop onion. Dice bacon<\/li><li>Sift flour and baking powder into a bowl.<\/li><li>Combine eggs and oil, beating lightly with a fork, add to dry ingredients.<\/li><li>Add courgette, onion, bacon, cheese, salt and pepper.
