Ingredients:

  • 1 kg Chicken thigh
  • 5 Tbsp Garlic
  • 2 tsp Chilli Paste
  • 6 Kaffir lime leaf
  • 5 Tbsp Fish sauce
  • 3 Tbsp Brown sugar
  • 4 Tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp White pepper
  • 1 packet Bok Choi

Method:

  1. Score chicken and cut into big bite size. Chop garlic, chilli and kaffir lime leaves.
  2. In a bowl or Zip Lock Bag, mix all the chicken ingredients together until coated. Leave it to
    marinate in the fridge for 10 mins.
  3. Put a fringe pan/ wok on medium-high heat and add oil. Cook the chicken until cooked though
    and add Bok choi / Ong Choi. Mix well and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  4. Transfer vegetables to a serving dish and place the chicken on top. Squeeze lime juice onto the
    chicken just before serving.
