Ingredients:
- 1 kg Chicken thigh
- 5 Tbsp Garlic
- 2 tsp Chilli Paste
- 6 Kaffir lime leaf
- 5 Tbsp Fish sauce
- 3 Tbsp Brown sugar
- 4 Tbsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp White pepper
- 1 packet Bok Choi
Method:
- Score chicken and cut into big bite size. Chop garlic, chilli and kaffir lime leaves.
- In a bowl or Zip Lock Bag, mix all the chicken ingredients together until coated. Leave it to
marinate in the fridge for 10 mins. - Put a fringe pan/ wok on medium-high heat and add oil. Cook the chicken until cooked though
and add Bok choi / Ong Choi. Mix well and cook for another 1-2 minutes. - Transfer vegetables to a serving dish and place the chicken on top. Squeeze lime juice onto the
chicken just before serving.
