Ingredients
- 1 cup bacon, chopped
- 1/4 sweet chilli sauce
- 250ml cream
- 4 medium courgettes, sliced
- 1 Tbsp dry chicken stock
- 1 cup cheese, grated
- 200g dried pasta, cooked
Method
- Cook pasta per instructions on packet, and set aside
- Fry bacon in pan
- Add sweet chilli sauce, stir through
- Add cream, courgettes and chicken stock
- Cook for 5 minutes
- Lastly add 1 cup grated cheese and the pasta
- Salt and Pepper to taste
