Ingredients

  • 300ml Cream
  • 1 tbsp icing sugar
  • 3 eggs separated
  • 3 tbsp caster sugar
  • ¼ cup caster sugar

Method

  1. Whip cream with icing sugar
  2. Beat egg yokes with 3 tbsp caster sugar till pale
  3. Whip egg whites with ¼ cup caster sugar till stiff
  4. Fold everything together
  5. Fold in flavour
  6. Freeze
