Ingredients
- 300ml Cream
- 1 tbsp icing sugar
- 3 eggs separated
- 3 tbsp caster sugar
- ¼ cup caster sugar
Method
- Whip cream with icing sugar
- Beat egg yokes with 3 tbsp caster sugar till pale
- Whip egg whites with ¼ cup caster sugar till stiff
- Fold everything together
- Fold in flavour
- Freeze
