Ingredients:
- 200g Chicken
- Garlic Powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- Corn flour
- 1 Tbsp Garlic, crushed
- 1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
- 2.5 Tbsp Hoisen Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- Pinch of Chilli Flakes
- 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
Method:
- Cut chicken in to cubes and season with garlic, salt and pepper
- Coat with corn flour
- Lay on oven tray and drizzle with oil, non aerosol oil spray works best
- Put in oven for 30min at 210C
- Put remaining ingredients into a pan and reduce until sugar has dissolved.
- Add chicken and stir until coated
- Serve over rice
