Ingredients:

  • 200g Chicken
  • Garlic Powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Corn flour
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic, crushed
  • 1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
  • 2.5 Tbsp Hoisen Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • Pinch of Chilli Flakes
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar

Method:

  1. Cut chicken in to cubes and season with garlic, salt and pepper
  2. Coat with corn flour
  3. Lay on oven tray and drizzle with oil, non aerosol oil spray works best
  4. Put in oven for 30min at 210C
  5. Put remaining ingredients into a pan and reduce until sugar has dissolved.
  6. Add chicken and stir until coated
  7. Serve over rice
